It has been a difficult period for Bathware Direct, as retailers, but we are grateful to be in an industry that is still experiencing some demand. As the end of March has approached we actually increased our Google AdWords spend to ensure that people were a. seeing our brand and b. buying online rather than coming instore to encourage physical distancing. Since the circumstances change on a daily basis with the COVID-19 crisis we review our results on a daily basis and have maintained an increased spend for the moment. We have found that leveraging our relationship with Dynamic Creative during this period has helped us to this point.

We are over achieving their advertising target. As such, we are monitoring closely and increasing budgets to help navigate the situation while there are people online and buying.
